STUDY OVERVIEW
A study conducted within April 2026 by National Agricultural Research Laboratories (NARL) to assess composite flour products available/ sold on the market in Uganda. The study aims to explore and understand composite food product choices, product name choices, product nutrient composition, and pricing along the value chains, evaluate marketability of composite flour products in retail shops, wholesale shops, markets and supermarkets.
